Important Information for Your Stay

Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. Check-in is available between 2:30 pm and 8:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your holiday apartment by 9:00 am and your room with breakfast by 10:00 am.

A tourist tax of €2.80 per person per day (from 14 years onwards) is charged separately. The sustainability contribution is €0.70 per person per day from the age of 6. Additional guests and the final cleaning fee for holiday apartments are charged separately.

During peak season periods, high season rates apply automatically.

We kindly ask for a written booking confirmation and your credit card details via a secure form, which you will receive together with our confirmation. 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card, but not charged. If payment is made on site, the pre-authorization will be cancelled. Payment on arrival is possible in cash (with a 2% discount) or by debit card, Visa, or MasterCard.

Yes, you are welcome to settle the amount in advance via bank transfer.

In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, late arrival, or early departure, the total amount will be charged (100% cancellation fee). To protect your holiday investment, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Please note that many Gold Visa cards already include travel insurance coverage. The Guest Pass gives you access to a range of mobility and leisure services throughout South Tyrol.

• Purpose:
  The personal data provided will be forwarded to the central coordination office of the Guest Pass to enable the issuance and use of the card and its related services.
• Recipients:
  Your data will be transmitted to the Mobility Consortium (VAT No. 02735170215), which acts as the provider of the Guest Pass and as an independent controller for data processing.
• Legal basis:
